Fees

• Initial intake/assessment session: $200
• Individual therapy session: $175-$200
• Telephone consultation (over 15 minutes): $200/hour (prorated)
• Reports: $200/hour (prorated)

 
Reduced fees are available on a limited basis. Please discuss with me.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider for CareFirst and Blue Cross Blue Shield. As such, I agree to accept a negotiated fee with the insurance company and I will process all claims.

For all other insurance companies I am considered an
​out-of-network provider. Most insurance companies will reimburse you for a portion (generally 60-80%) of the fee.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• Does my plan include coverage for out-of-network mental health services?
• Is there a deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Remember that you are responsible for paying any deductibles, co-payments or co-insurance at the time of service.
